The image of the Centre was completely changed from a bright, bustling organization in the first few episodes to a dark and mysterious hell hole.
Prime example is Jarod's space - posh apartment in "Pilot" and a concrete box in "Dragon House"

The upper levels are completely different to the lower levels. In tP 2001, there are scenes of the upper floors of the Centre where they are bright and bustling, with many people walking around. They also show scenes of the lower levels where its dark and dank. Plus they show scenes of the Centre in the day, where they are lots of people walking about and then at night where there is nobody around and its much darker... I kind of like the symbolic nature that these opposite looks at the Centre present; what the world percieves it to be and what lies underneath... That of course doesn't explain the completely different cells Jarod is kept in... I think I tried to explain that once before but I still don't have a satisfying answer for it .

Did he ever have two or more cells? Like one on the Ground & Higher levels if J completed a sim and one in a sublevel incase Jarod didn't complete a sim? For once im thinking and it's scary!

oooh! Anna's getting deep and philosophical! Actually, I like that idea. I can live with that. Of course Jay's comment that they just chucked out everything from the first season makes sense too...

oooh! Anna's getting deep and philosophical! I do that... constantly; get me talking long enough I'll end up talking philosophy I like to see meanings in things and I like understanding them - even the often ambiguous tP (Plus I've spent way too much time in English Lit *ahem* a whole two months ).
